Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 2026 • Effective Immediately for All Blyrr Users
1. Acceptance of Terms & B2B Commercial Scope
By accessing, deploying, or utilizing the Blyrr autonomous SDR platform ("Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Blyrr is designed strictly for lawful Business-to-Business (B2B) sales intelligence, commercial outbound copy personalization, and workflow automation.
2. Lawful Public OSINT & Scraping Policy
Blyrr operates exclusively by analyzing publicly accessible, unauthenticated web data (such as public company websites, business directories, and corporate publications) in accordance with the established legal doctrine of hiQ Labs, Inc. v. LinkedIn Corp. and relevant federal precedents.
- No Authentication Bypass: The Service never bypasses paywalls, passwords, CAPTCHAs, or private user credentials.
- Public Business Data Only: Information gathered is limited to commercial entity metadata, public technical stacks, corporate email routing formats, and business pain points.
- Respect for Technical Constraints: The platform enforces request throttling and rate-limiting to prevent server disruption.
3. CAN-SPAM, GDPR & Outbound Compliance Responsibilities
As a user of Blyrr, you represent and warrant that all electronic communications sent using copy generated by Blyrr will comply with applicable anti-spam and privacy legislation (including the US CAN-SPAM Act, UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), and EU GDPR B2B provisions):
4. Self-Hosted Deployment & Data Ownership
When running Blyrr on your self-hosted VPS (e.g. Hetzner Ubuntu VPS), all scraped data, SQLite/PostgreSQL databases, and Gemini API keys remain under your exclusive control. Blyrr does not retain, monetize, or sell your campaign records.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Blyrr and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from outbound delivery rates, third-party email service provider policies, or user misuse of the platform.
